If you are interested in starting a workout program or attending a free trial workout, please fill out the following prior to your arrival:
Speed and Conditioning Workouts
Monday / Wednesday: 6:00pm and 7:30pm
Tuesday / Thursday: ONE session 6:30 - 8:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am and 10:30am
Weight Room Sessions
Monday - Thursday: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Monday - Thursday: 7:30pm - 8:00pm
Saturday - Sunday: 9:00am - 10:00am
Saturday - Sunday: 10:30am - 11:00am
Workout times subject to change. 24 hour notices will be given to those clients with scheduled sessions.
Special times and sessions can be developed to accommodate your group!
